Social-Pulse provides social media growth services including followers, likes, views, comments, connections, endorsements, and other engagement metrics for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Spotify, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X.

2. Account Security

We never require your social media account password. All services are delivered using only your public profile URL or post link. You are responsible for ensuring the links you provide are correct and publicly accessible.

3. Delivery

  • Orders typically begin processing within 0–6 hours
  • Delivery is gradual to ensure natural-looking growth
  • Large orders may take 24–72 hours for full delivery
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on demand

4. Refill Guarantee

All eligible services include a 30-day refill guarantee. If you experience a drop in delivered count within 30 days of your order, we will refill the difference at no additional cost. To request a refill, contact support with your order ID.

5. Refund Policy

  • Before delivery starts: Full refund available
  • Partial delivery: Refund for undelivered portion
  • After full delivery: Refunds are not available once the order has been fully delivered
  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Promote illegal content or activities
  • Harass, bully, or target other users
  • Resell our services without authorization
  • Provide fraudulent payment information

7. Limitation of Liability

Social-Pulse is not responsible for any actions taken by social media platforms against your account. While our delivery methods are designed to be safe and gradual, we cannot guarantee the policies of third-party platforms. Use our services at your own discretion.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of Social-Pulse after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
